60km round trip. 🚲 Our longest ride so far on the @sinchbikes Camped up at Pinders Pond, we jumped straight onto the @cluthagoldtrail into Roxburgh Gorge and rode out to Shingle Creek. It wasn’t perfect conditions, steady rain, trees down across the track, a bit of clambering, but honestly, that just added to it. Proper @centralotagonz riding!! A bit wild, a bit gritty, and an epic day on the bikes. Would 100% do it again.

When we had our @australiscaravansnz caravan built, one of the things we chose to include was @witi_nz 🔐 New Zealand is generally a very safe place to travel, but this caravan is our home, and we really value the extra peace of mind @witiaus gives us. Our setup is fully alarmed, with sensors and an anti-theft brake lock, so we know the van isn’t going anywhere without us. 👍 If you’re having your next @australiscaravans built, we’d definitely recommend getting it fitted from the start. Want a new sport to try this year? We love tennis, and it’s perfect for vanlife. 🎾 There are free public courts all over New Zealand, open to anyone. Some are a bit rough around the edges, others are in mint condition! Rackets and balls are light, take up next to no space, we always keep ours in the ute in case we stumble across a court. Ours rackets came from an op-shop, balls were cheap as from Kmart, easy. It’s great exercise, a good laugh, and just competitive enough when you’re playing your better half 😏 If we spot you on a court somewhere… let’s have a hit!!

We stayed at Gabriel’s Gully @docgovtnz Camp just outside @lawrence_otago it’s been years since we were last here, and we were surprised by how quiet it was for this time of year. Loads of space, very few campers, and plenty of birdlife around camp, Tommo’s epic photography! We jumped straight onto the @cluthagoldtrail and spent the rest of the time chilling and camping with friends. Wee bit tight on the access, simple setup, and a spot that works really well for a relaxed few days. A new favourite. #tasmantravels #newzealand #vanlife #travel #caravanlife
